About Ben
Ben graduated from University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Environmental Science, and has worked in provincial parks, as a field geologist, and a summer camp leader.
In his work experience he’s developed knowledge in wilderness first aid, outdoor leadership, team work and environmental science. Pursuing an outdoor career was exciting and fun, but after working with youth he found there was more joy to be had sharing his excitement towards nature with students.
He works as a full time teacher on call in Whitehorse.
